We get it, things change and with that in mind all appointments cancelled 72 hours prior to appointment start time will be without charge! Less than 2 days notice of cancellation will result in 50% of the scheduled service(s) amount. Any no-show or same day cancellation is subject to a 100% charge and refunds are at the discretion of the provider and only within two days of the initial service. Rescheduling must be arranged 48 hours prior to appointment or will be considered a cancellation. Cards that are declined cannot be used to re-book until fee is resolved. In case of emergency please call/text a notice ASAP.
