Cancellation Policy
We get it, things change - with that in mind all appointments cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment start time will be without charge! Cancellations within 48hrs will result in 50% of the scheduled service(s) amount. Any no-show or same day (within 24hrs) cancellation is subject to a 98% charge and refunds are at the discretion of the provider, only within two days of the initial service. Rescheduling must be arranged 48 hours prior to appointment or will be considered a cancellation. Cards that are declined cannot be used to re-book until any remaining fee is resolved. In case of emergency please call/text a notice ASAP for assistance. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
